The apiary site that produces our Welsh Heather Honey is set in the heart of Snowdonia at 200m above sea level. The bees produce a beautifully smooth, dark and rich honey that has a sweet yet earthy taste. Welsh Heather Honey is a great addition to any meal and is often referred to as the "Champagne of Honey".
